If you used Facebook Login for TBB Portal and want to delete your account data, you can request deletion in 2 ways:
Method 1: Email Request
Send an email to contact@thebrilliantbrains.com with the subject line "Delete My Data". In the email, include the email address or Facebook account you used to sign up. We will delete all personal data associated with your TBB Portal account within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.
Method 2: In-App
If you still have access to TBB Portal, go to Account Settings and use the "Delete Account" option.
Data we delete: Name, email, profile picture, course progress, and any other personal information collected through Facebook Login.
Data we may retain: Anonymized analytics data and records required for legal compliance, which cannot be used to identify you.
