"Can someone actually teach this on my child's terms?"
That's the question most Kuwait parents ask on a first call — and it's the right one. What follows on this page is how we answer it in practice, and the specifics of what we cover for students learning in Kuwait.
Tutoring for Kuwait
"My child is in the Ministry Scientific Stream — can you help?"
Yes, for the English-medium subjects. We teach from the Kuwait MoE Grade 12 textbook and the last three years of released papers. We do not attempt to teach Arabic-medium subjects — that requires a first-language Arabic tutor, and we don't pretend otherwise.
"My child is at a British school and struggling with Physics."
The most common single request from BSK, Gulf English School and English School Fahaheel is Physics between Year 10 and Year 12. The usual fix isn't more content — it's rebuilding the algebra and re-teaching how a past-paper "explain" question is actually marked.
"My child does AP at ACS or the American Academy — is that different?"
Very. AP Calculus AB and BC use different conventions from Cambridge and IB. If your child is doing AP, they get a tutor whose day job is AP — not one adapting from another curriculum.
